Booking & Payments
Bookings can be made directly through our website by clicking the 'Book Now' button. Simply select your dates, complete your details, and secure your stay.
We accept all major credit and debit cards types.
Yes, the minimum stay is 2 nights in April, May, and June and 4 nights in July and August.
If you wish to cancel, we will refund 50% of the booking fees. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non refundable.
Facilities & Amenities
Yes, the hut is powered by solar energy, providing lighting and USB charging sockets for small devices. Please note that high-powered appliances like hairdryers cannot be used.
No, the hut does not have WiFi. We recommend using mobile data if needed.
No, but the resident toilets and showers (Block 2) are just a 2 minute walk. A key will be provided for access.
The hut has a gas oven and hob, a kettle, a fridge/freezer, and cooking essentials like plates, cutlery, and utensils. Guests must bring their own food.
Yes, drinking water is available from the standpipe just outside the hut. The running water inside the hut (stored in a tank) is not for drinking.
Yes, bedding is provided for all beds, but guests must bring their own towels.
Yes, a BBQ is provided, but it must only be used on the sand, not on the decking or near the hut.
Guest Guidelines & Safety
We have a strict policy of a maximum of 4 guests.
No, pets are not permitted to ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbours.
No, parties and loud music are not allowed out of respect for neighbouring huts.
No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hut.
Please dispose of waste responsibly using the designated bins and recycling points nearby. Food waste should never be poured down the sink, as it can cause blockages.
Gas can be purchased from the shop next to the Beach House Café for £45. Keep your receipt, and we will reimburse you.
Signal strength varies depending on your network. Generally, it is available but may be weaker in some areas.

Call 999 immediately. Ambulances have direct access to the beach huts. 'What3words' location - 'called rides slides' (Hut 198, Mudeford Sandbank). The nearest defibrillator station is located at the Beach House Cafe.
Call 999 and ask for the coast guard.
Getting There & Transport
Guests can park at either Hiker Café or Mudeford Quay; for full details on parking and transport options, visit our Getting Here page.
Mudeford Sandbank is a car-free zone, so guests must take an alternative mode of transport to reach the hut. More information on transport options can be found on our Getting Here page.
Due to the nature of the sandbank location, access involves some walking or using alternative transport methods. Unfortunately, there are no step-free routes to the hut.
